DAY ONE: CRAFTING YOUR VISION
You weren't put on this earth to play small, and I know you know that too. We get ONE life to really make it count and it all starts right here. Let’s unleash the dreamer in you and turn you into the powerful creator you’re here to be.
Remember to use the SMARTE method when declaring your goals:
SPECIFIC: What is the specific goal? Must be clear and written in a positive statement.
MEASUREABLE: How will you know when the goal is achieved? What will happen for you to know you achieved it? What will you see, hear, feel?
AS IF NOW: If you had already achieved it, what action would you take? Who would you be? What would you let go of? Make sure it’s written in present tense.
REALISTIC: Has any one done it before? Is it possible?
TIME AND TOWARDS: When do you want to achieve the goal by?
ECOLOGY: How will achieving this goal impact all areas of your life?
DAY TWO: YOUR MANIFESTATION MORNING
This is your invitation to leave behind anything you have previously been told about morning routines, especially if it came from a book that oozes masculine energy. Yes, i’m talking about the 5am club, adhering to the same structured routine every single morning, and coming from a place of “I NEEEEEED TO DO THIS”.
Instead, you’re tapping into a new way. A morning that will manifest all of your desires and satisfy the feminine in you. Use your mornings to become magnetic AF.
Tune into the manifestation morning masterclass and then get to work on curating a morning all about raising your vibration and connecting to your desired future (but feeling like it’s already here).
Daily Journal Prompt:
Imagine yourself at the end of this year. It's new years' eve and you are writing your reflection on the year that you have had:
>> What did you accomplish?
>> How did you face any obstacles that came your way? >> How do you feel right now as you end another year? >> What did you do to make yourself proud?
>> What was your mindset like?
>> What did you do to make yourself happy?
>> How did you incorporate more fun and flow?
Remain in the place as if this year has passed. What would you tell your present self?
DAY THREE: CREATING YOUR VISION BOARD
Your homework for today is to create your powerful vision board and then put it EVERYWHERE! This will ensure you stay connected to your vision every.single.day.
Daily Journal Prompt:
When you think back to previous years and any goals you may have set that you did not quite achieve, what do you think got in your way (including beliefs)? What do you think you needed more of that may have helped? What could you do differently this year (Don’t just focus on actionable things. Also consider new thoughts and feelings towards your goals?
DAY FOUR: JOURNALING TO MANIFEST
After watching the journaling masterclass, start implementing each of the practices mentioned in class.
Daily Journal Prompt:
Put aside any previous years and whether or not you previously achieved your goals. This year you awake a new. List all of the reasons why you know this year is going to be the year all of your desires come true. Declare it.
DAY FIVE: ANCHORING IN YOUR GROWTH
Daily Journal Prompt:
Undertake an audit of the previous five days in the bootcamp. How are you feeling now compared to when you started? Did you show up as you declared you would at the start of the week and if not, why? What do you think you need moving forward to continue to support you this year? What did you learn this week? What are you excited to continue beyond the bootcamp and why?
